We offer several different delivery options, including free of charge services such as; free standard UK delivery.. If you’d rather collect your purchase in store, then take advantage of our free click and collect service.

Standard Delivery

We believe that shopping online should be just as convenient as popping in store. That's why we offer a free Click & Collect service– simply select ‘Collect From Store’ as your delivery option when you checkout.

Standard delivery to UK and Northern Ireland addresses is free for all orders.

Our packages will be sent to you by either Royal Mail or DPD, and may require a signature upon delivery. We always aim to have your order with you within 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

The estimated delivery date for each item is advertised clearly throughout the checkout. This is the most accurate and up to date delivery date, so we would recommend that you refer to these details when planning your purchase.  Where there is any change to standard delivery terms this will be made clear to customers prior to placing their order. Where '2-3 working days' is quoted, this refers to working days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 1pm and excludes Bank Holidays. See the table below for examples:

Delivery to Republic of Ireland

We offer delivery to Republic of Ireland addresses FREE for orders over £500 and £6.95 for orders under £500.

Please refer to the estimated delivery date advertised throughout the checkout for the latest delivery time.

Exceptions to Delivery Times

In exceptional circumstances we may be unable to deliver your order within the timeframes advertised. Please see below for details:

Ring Sizes

Although we stock all ring sizes, there are occasions where we may need to order your ring direct from a supplier. We'll keep you up to date on the progress of your order and will contact you to immediately to let you know if we are unable to deliver within the advertised timeframes.

Bank Holidays

Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so we would ask you to allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Estimated delivery dates presented in the checkout will be reflective of Bank Holidays where applicable.

Weather Conditions

Come rain or shine, we'll do our very best to make sure your order gets to you on time, but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

We’re certain that you’ll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer returns by post for all web orders within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

To return your item by post from within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland please contact us by telephone or email to arrange your return clearly stating your order number.

Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

You can also call in to our store to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, or exchange.  Please ensure you bring proof of purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, Items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by us but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
